Tiffany Favrile hand blown Art Glass footed bowl. Number 1848. Louis Comfort Tiffany was born in 1848 and died in 1933. He was the son of Charles L. Tiffany, founder of world-famous Tiffany & Company in New York City. Louis established his decorative arts business in 1885. He began with glass-blowing, and evolved into leaded glass and metal work. He tradmarked the made-up word Favrile in 1894, and began marking his creations L. C. Tiffany Favrile or L. C. T. Favrile, accompanied by a studio number. His beautiful iridescent glass was meant to imitate the forms and appearance of ancient Roman glass. This iridescent glass compote was made between 1894 and 1920. Measures 8.25 inches by 3.75 inches.

Sabrino signed Art Deco glass vase Paris France. Made by Maurice E. Sabino, aka Marius Earnst Sabino, born 1878 and died 1961. Sabino was schooled at L'Ecole Nacionale des Arts Decoratifs and at the Beaux Arts de Paris. This stylish gray green blown molded glass vase measures 13 inches high by 9 and one half inches wide. The top is 5 inches wide with a 2 and three quarter inch opening.

Antique 19th c Pittsburgh flint glass water pitcher. Pictures do not do it justice. It is the finest clear blown glass pitcher we have had to offer. It measures 11 and one half inches high. Blown flint glass with six flat cut side panels, applied handle, and ground pontil base. Beautiful bell tone. Perfect condition. From an Essex, CT, estate.
